Garnishes (go big or go home):

  • Celery stalk (classic crunch)
  • Pickled green beans or asparagus
  • Cherry tomato skewer
  • Pickle spear
  • Lime wedge
  • Olives (stuffed with garlic or blue cheese for extra flair)
  • Optional: crispy turkey bacon strip or mini shrimp skewer
  • Shrimp, lobster, grilled beef tips, grilled pork tips.
  • Fresh herbs: dill, parsley, or rosemary for that high-end mixologist touch

Instructions:

  1. In a cocktail shaker or large glass, combine the tomato juice, lemon and lime juice, horseradish, Worcestershire, hot sauce, celery salt, paprika, and black pepper. Stir well.
  2. Add vodka if using, and stir or shake with ice to chill and mix.
  3. Fill two tall glasses with ice and pour the mixture over the top.
  4. Now comes the fun—garnish like a culinary artist. Stack your celery stalk, skewers, pickles, herbs, and whatever else makes your glass feel like a brunch sculpture.
