Chef Ed’s Tip:

If using a charcoal grill, toss a handful of hickory chips on the coals for added smokiness. Don’t skip the applesauce—its acidity pairs beautifully with the richness of the pork. Keywords: grilled pork chops, Texas Roadhouse pork chops, Chef Ed recipe, pork chop marinade, applesauce side, grilled meat, southern comfort food, BBQ pork chops, smoky pork, family dinner, pork dinner, easy grilling recipe, savory pork rub, thick cut chops, juicy pork chops, comfort food sides, mashed potatoes, green beans, baked beans, grilled corn, pork and apples, summer BBQ, backyard grilling, pork chop seasoning, roadhouse meal, BBQ dinner, meat lover's recipe, sweet and savory combo, grilled entree, bone-in pork recipe.
